I come to you as I have been asked by the teacher to bring an understanding for all of this talk about the October 14th visualizations of a Starship the size and magnitude that would be catastrophic for the humans on your planet of Mother Earth.
Too many of humankind are placing fear and falseness around the World right now, I need to ask why is this allowed when there are light workers who recognize fear and know it does not continue living? Your world of humanity is screaming from greed and fear and there are too many of the human race who are lending that false energy to add more fear upon the whole of it and why? Do you not see, this is how the darkness works? If the darkness can spread that fear among one being to the next being, then you have a circle of fear among all beings. Do you not see the fear then acts as if it is light? For only Light is the true circle of Oneness with ALL.
Why then as Light workers are you willing to put up with this? There is no need to, when you know what it is like to shine your light among many. When you become the light there is no way to diminish the light that resides within you, unless you make that conscious choice to do so. To be reassuring to those among you as you speak your truth, your planet shall come to no harm with all whom walk among you. Do you believe the Masters would allow such things to be done?
When you have made a circle of light from all light workers around your planet of Mother Earth, nothing can penetrate it. There is no need for fear when fear does not exist, when you know your own true self as we know this of you, then know this--- there is nothing that can put your light out, but your own true self.
Now I keep hearing everything being said about this visitation from ones whom you call the Federation of Light. My brothers and sisters of light have no reason to be among you in the way it is being given, for they are already among you. The High Council of Light in which I sit with the Federation of Light is the same, is concerned in all areas of being. For they know how this came about and they say to you now:
“Do not let ones whom give to you in falseness take from you the light which is in you. Do not give the energy to those whom need you more than you need in what they say to you. Do you hear this, in all things there comes a time for truth, we do not come to you in this way of your own truth but we come to you each day through those among you as truth to touch in you in ways that need touching- through your heart. We cannot make visible that which is wanted by those who intend to place fear among you.
You are on your planet of Mother Earth rising and growing in your own Ascension, during this time there will be many more that come to you to tell you they know the way, they have a great thing they can give to you to make you believe. But what is it you truly believe? Do you believe that which you must always see with your physical eyes? Is it not enough to know it in your heart? We are One with you, why then would we choose such a dramatic way to get your attention to place fear within you, when we know the time will come to give you with your physical eyes wide open that which we say we are on all levels to you. This is your own ascension of your planet Mother Earth and every living being to go through. Do you not see that when things on your planet go bad there are those who work out of fear and ego to get you to notice what they want you to believe? Do you not understand that when your planet of Mother Earth arises to the level of ascension we will be made visible on all levels and that there will be no fear, there will be many many among you that will be the ones whom open this door to you and you will be at such a level of ascension that no one will question to know the truth…it will just be???
When the ascension is among you, you will experience many levels of belief and dis-belief, ask yourself when you are attaining the ownership of self, what is it that you are fighting within? What is it that you then go and seek attention that others will notice you more so than ever before? Acceptance is one of those human qualities that we all find amusing. You have everything you need to be accepted by all beings, on all levels and yet when you do not accept they self, you run screaming to the fear that feels so nice as this is the safe haven you have created to go back to. You then run around blaming others for those things that you have created not seeing what you have actually created. Do you know why? Acceptance. Think back to your own self when was the last time you accepted yourself… now when did you accept another. Which one is better to you….. acceptance of self or acceptance of others? You see the Masters accept self in all they do, this is where the acceptance of truth lies and why they are the Masters, you too, are a Master of your own cosmos of creation. Accept that you are this and then create that which is within you for the ascension processes of energy that all shall be experiencing on your planet of Mother Earth.
When we intercept the doings of humankind then this is a grave matter which is not taken lightly. There is no reason for the Council of Light to intercede when this is the evolution of your planet and all souls upon her. Which has not been created to give harm to the universal collection of planets, the High Council is very careful to not overstep the governing Laws of the Universe to intercede in the way that is being given to your planet of Mother Earth right now.
We understand what your planet of Mother Earth is going through as all planets have made their own ascension in many the same ways. It is for us to be here for you to be not of you. Do you understand this? We are not to intervene in this way as it then will create a cosmic expulsion to the proportioned of your own massive humankind errors. It is not time for us to be among you in the way it is being given out to you, it is not the time for us to bring our own among you in this way. Be gentle to yourself. The energies that you are feeling is one that is beyond the limit of humankind understanding so much so that we see the spread of fear among you, we do feel your emotions of pain and eagerness to have something to finally be able to place the responsibility upon that which then, is not acceptance of responsibility on the human part. The coming times will bring much to you on all levels so please be One as a collective consciousness in your thinking with all that is going on. Love will be there for each of you, do not lend fear a helping hand willingly.
There shall come a time of great quiet that shall spread across the lands of your planet Mother Earth in the next days as you enter out of the reversal and into the forward of planetary energies. This is brought about by knowing you are in the reversal right now and the portals in which are opening are bringing times of changes to many more than realized before. As this reversal ends the quiet of the Universe shall be among you, when there seems to be no words spoken, when you will feel as the energy has stopped moving. Just when you will recognize this, the energy will be among you with such a great rush of force that it will knock you back, we say to you get up and get moving, this is the time the Universe has held still for you to get moving. It is like when one human is running against another human and both are waiting for the whistle to be blown in the race and one runner is suspended in time and cannot move. This we are doing to the darkness, we are holding it back for you to quickly move like never before. Move quickly in your decision to be the light that assist others in your world of evolution for the time is coming when there shall be no more wondering - just being. Will you be among the being??? I think that you will, when this time comes you will be given an upgrade of energy that is propelling you to the next evolutionary level of your ascension, will you be among us then? We shall be there among you assisting you in all ways to be among this energy that will not hold back any longer. We say to you , there comes the time when you shall not ask questions any longer for there shall be no questions to ask, you will not have the audacity to ask for there is no need, there just is. After this lull of energy that we shall hold back for you to enter into the next evolutionary ascension level we will be right there with you… to see us for who we are. The happenings of Mother Earth are at a level that no one has remembered before, it is like waiting for the birth of a child, that is how we see all of this and you are going through the birthing tunnel to be born in to the unknowing which is all knowing. We welcome you as you are entering the times of home, you are entering the awareness level of your ascension and as you do, you will be given by many much falseness for they do not want you to successfully enter this stage of evolution , for if you do they will be the ones lost.
We have told you before of the falseness coming from others of your humankind, why did you not believe? Why do you see only what you want to see? To this we say what is it you want to believe? Think on this, as this will lead you to the next step of levels that is needed for you to rise with your planet of Mother Earth to the next level. The Golden Age is among you and this is what you believe, that we are going to bring something of this magnitude to your planet of Mother Earth with no preparedness? Even though we may say that many are prepared this is true, but are they truly prepared and to what do they expect? For then what fear is it you place among your fellow humans and is this not what you have always done before to one another?
We leave you as One, we leave you as the Council of Light that many know to be. We leave you peace to be the difference that your Planet of Mother Earth so needs at this time. Love one another and be at Peace.”
These things that is given to you is given to you in knowledge that you are One with all the Universe and the Light. It is my honor to the teacher to give this to you this day, for she is a light that knows no fear and she gives to you the peace and love that guides so many of the Masters to all of you, on your planet of Mother Earth. Take care of your Mother Earth and she will always provide for you in the most amazing ways.

You have before you that which is created in human time and you know that time is of no importance in the realms of knowledge in the High Council of Light. Energetic Ascension of Light Workers

Here we are rolling into that time of year that gives us pause to reflect how our life has made a change and how we made a change in our lives. As light workers we have had many energetic and emotional changes going on all around us, we have watched as the World struggles with this Enlightment period. Our hearts go out to every living being, to feel their pain and to then send what we are being called to send out to them all.
And as illuminated souls we have seen the joyous outreach all around us from individuals that go beyond what they are being called to do to assist one another. The light that is shined to our fellow human beings is tremendous, so much so that those who would like to keep the darkness around are scrambling to see what is going on and why. We have shined our light out to so many that pull at our hearts, we hear the cries of help and we are there with big smiles and loving hearts. Because we are One and we know that in order to be that which Mother Earth needs, we need to be open to receive. To allow the vibrational levels of energetic ascension, we must as light workers make our stand even more so now than before. And we are doing it!
This next phase of this year is a completion and acceptance into acknowledging we are light workers. We are all being called to send that light out to so many that sometimes it can be overwhelming. The reason it seems this way is because there are more awakening now than ever. The rise of vibrational energy is making it so no one can be left behind into this energetic ascension process. Individuals are feeling things they have never felt before and they are confused, hurt and empty.
So I ask as light workers what is it that needs to be done? What is it on your own level of awareness that you know that pulls at your heart? So many say they are light workers, and so many do not know what to do. You are not alone in this. As light workers what is it that you are to do? Is this physical world so much more than you think you can handle, that it is easy to just lay back and take it easy? Is this physical world so much so that as we are in these times of human evolution is it easier to just be part of the flow of energetics of looking at what others are doing and thinking, that it is enough? Or one that finally finds that place within your heart to say it is all happening now and I am part of this and here is what I am going to do.
So many individuals talk about healing Mother Earth, and this is great. But what a lot do not understand is that Mother Earth can heal herself, we just need to get out of the way. Yes, this is what I said. As we get out of the way, we can see that Mother Earth is telling us she needs healing, yes, she does, but, not in the way that everyone still feels. She has had many years to be thankful and grateful to the core of energy that she has been given from everyone.
And to all healers, you know that for every healing that is given for all the energy that one shares with another in that healing, comes the time of releasement with every healing there needs to be release to allow the individual to let go of all of the unhealthiness they have been holding onto. This too then applies to Mother Earth, this too is what Mother Earth has been going through and she needs our assistance to clean up that releasement in a major way. We have been living through all of her releasing; we have seen what her releasing can do to so many on major levels. She needs us to heal and assist the outer layer of who she is. Mother Earth has been releasing and as she is releasing many are still sending her healing to assist with this releasing but now is the time she is asking us to assist in the healing of her outer layers.
As a collective consciousness we have that energetic influence to heal whatever we place our trust in, we have all experienced this, many times in all of our lifetimes, it is why we have this urge inside of our souls to complete this here in this lifetime. To know we are healers, how great is that? Can you imagine what it would be like as a collective consciousness to place our trust within ourselves and how much power we would actually find in our own true self? Because that is exactly what you would find. And enormous amount of energetic power which is then you. And when you discover this about yourself you will discover the divine presence of the powerful source that lies within you which is then that of God.
We have all prayed to God when we need that extra amount of energy to get us through anything and everything. And we have asked God for that mighty high power to assist us in all that we ask to help the world and all living beings. And we still do not see where we too, are all powerful and meaningful in who we are. As we are all meaningful and powerful we can do anything we are here to do. Mother Earth is asking, she is calling out to us - to assist in this great shift of healing she is going through. She is healing from the inside out and she is asking for our assistance to accept that and heal the outer layers of whom she is.
How do we do this? We do this by cleaning up the disaster of what we have created. We do this by truly being that light that we say we are. Truly being the light we say we are, yes, I repeated this, so many say they are the light, but when things get to a level of total need, there is self denial, which causes one to sit back and let others do the work. I have seen light workers come up with so many things to prevent them from moving forward, how hard the World is, how it is too hard to do this work alone, being tired and needing a break, what is it you need a break from? Do you need a break from yourself or life or being a light worker? Do you need a break from doing the work that you are here to do? Because if this is it, then so too must Mother Earth be tired and needs a break, for if she decided to take a break what then would we do?
What is it to truly be a light worker? So many add falseness to this, so many will stand and say they are light workers and then lay blame on another, so many discount what has been given to them on so many levels, because is it then, not getting what you want? All of this is thinking in the limitless of who you are. This is not personally about you, this is about the humanness we place on this world and about the spiritual-ness that we say we are.
Love one another; Offer that helping hand that we are so mighty in using for healing, think about what our hands can truly do if we allow it. Think about what we can do as a collective consciousness if we allow ourselves to know we are absolute in who we are. Be the Light as you do your work. Let that light shine as you move forward in your light. Be the authentic self of genuine love that everyone has to give to one another. Offer to do kindness to clean up Mother Earth. Offer to assist another in what you see as something that can increasingly move humanity to respect Mother Earth. Offer to accept there is a total of wholeness that as we come together in our light it can be done. Truly respect one another, for the weaknesses and for the strength of all those you know and meet.
It is not in how you do what you do that matters, it is why you do it!
Do you know why you are a light worker; do you know what it is to be a true light worker? Be the light that shines to one another and it will make your heart smile.
Go within your heart to that place that will show you what it is to be that light that connects to one another. Go within your heart to see the glory of who you are, getting in touch with the oneness of God and of self and there you will find all the answers that you are seeking. There you shall find that path that leads you to know who you are as a light worker and what needs to be done as a whole for humanity. There you shall find peace and love and then you know you are home, and when you are home you are light!

Channeled Message from Lord Amin-Ru
Attraction of LightThe spectrum of color defines who you are in my own realm of being, just as I reflect the light in which I attract, so too do you absorb that light of attraction. When you who says that you are a light worker places that in my own realm of being you are saying that you give full range to that light of source to then attract that reflection back to you. As you do this so we come, we come to that reflection to then assist you in all ways upon your planet of Mother Earth.
Why do you think then, that as you are seeking that attraction of all of us who you call out to, that you can then dismiss the obligation you have to then work with us and that which is being reflected to you to use?Have you not learned we are all in the same one source with each other? Have you not even fathomed what this could mean as a whole? Have you no idea in which you do call out for? Why are there those in which call out to seek what the believe to be just mere child’s play, for we are one with all that is, we see the games that you play.This energy that is being attracted to your planet of Mother Earth is not playing a child’s game, it is playing for keeps.
You are being called by an energy that is for the whole of consciousness in your planet of Mother Earth to ascend at the given moment in which all planets will be realigned to its origin. You see your planet was the one who chose to stay and be that which is used for the forgiveness and the density in which you needed as humanity to learn what the process was about to then as a collectivity to rise up in the denseness and join once again the union of all that is. This is the ascension process.To realize as the evolution of all creation to once again be that which it was from the beginning.
When you go back and see all that you are seeking in the way of past lives, re-incarnation we watch as each of you go about to re-discover who you are from the past. Why is this more important than to know who you are right here and now? If you look back what does this give you? What does this bring to you right now to then be who you are?When you seek what is behind you, you miss the point of being. You seek something that will make you whole right now? Can you then take that which is behind you and bring it here in your present?Yes, yes, I know what you are thinking if I know who I was I can then understand that which I am right now, that which I do the things I do. But this is then thinking in the human mind. This is then saying that which you are right now is of no consequence in your humanness of this life your are living. Go and look behind you, go and find that which you seek, you will see that there is no difference than that which you are now. You will find that all you seek is at the same point in time that you are right now of your own awakening.
When the beginning was here those of that time chose to be something they too were not. They gave away that which they were on all levels. This is what you were apart of, this is what you are seeking so much. And as you find that which you were what then will you do? Your own will not recognize you for who you were then. I know as a human reaction you will seek this anyway. It is in the way of the humankind to dismiss the totality of the here and now. If you find that you were part of a great devastation what will you do then? Will you learn by your mistakes or will you dis-miss it for something new that shall come along to you? When you seek that which is behind you remember it may not be as that which you want. So many humans keep seeking something that will make them satisfied with who there are when all they need to recognize is you are who you are right now and you are glorious in our eyes.
You are more powerful than you know as you have that which is in this energy right now to bring you closer to the God selfness that you are truly seeking. You are going back in time as that which you programmed and created before. As above so below. This also is true to that which goes around will have to come around again. With this energy that seeks you out in all turns you may make it is also seeking you out to bring you right back to that which you were before. Look at many millennium ago you were so powerful beyond your limitational belief structure right now, You then gave that power to the ego and as you did this you gave that which you crave right now away to the physical. As a human race you needed to live on your planet of Mother Earth in that creation until the time came when the energy of the universe brings upon you the original star systems back together again. And as you have lived it for so long, you have searched for it for so long. And now that it is upon you, you back away by hiding behind that which you can be right now. You hide from the strength and power that rest within you. Now is the time to come back into your own, now is the time for you to place all physical aside from you and be that which you are.
Be the power you so crave with no more egos placed upon it. The planets are entering the orbit in which it needs to be the original once more to be in unity on all levels. It is time for you to find your place among the planets and for you to recognize who you are. You do not need the physical to make you more powerful to take that which is already within you.And at the same time you who dwell in the darkness of doubt, fear and mis-understanding will find that this energy will not support you. You who play with this energy will find that thins energy will come back to you in a way that we do not want to see for you as a human species. So many are bringing the darkness closer to them in their human lives. And this is understandable on many levels but then it is not.
You find it much easier to just go along with what others tell you in their own falseness. This is no time to be false in who you are, this is the time to re-align yourselves with the God selfness that resides in you. You will find many among you who will teach you that we are coming on space ships. Why do we need to do this when we are already among you? Yes the Ascended Masters are well and among you, they come form all sides and in no order of importance as they are all one together. We make it very clear in this. When we come to one, we come to all. We will have those among you who will be the voice of the masters but they will not say it is one over the other. Do not believe in this falseness of one who says they are the only one. We are a Council of many among you I may not say this enough for you to understand. But we are One. Your planet of Mother Earth is going through so much cosmically that is it not hard to keep up with all of it?
So many will give to you falseness for you to have the fear deep with in you. There is no fear, how many times have I said this to you before? Fear is that which is a humankind creation. We have no fear for we are One with the creation of all, and when you are at that level to understand then we will have words of peace among you and I. For you will know that the peace is for each living being, not just on your planet but on all the planets when they meet and interchange the energy to then propel your planet so fast in the ascension that you will be forever what you know to be a star.Which brings me to the spectrum of all colors you and I, all colors uniting in the peace that shall prevail no matter how hard the darkness tries to stop it. For this darkness will do many things to make you believe in it. It will do many things for you to become a piece of that darkness. Stay strong, if you believe it is hard to be in this energy right now, think of that which is so easy and what do you find? You find your self back in the darkness of fear. For it is easy to be in fear, it is easy for the human mind to sit back and say it is too much work to be this light that is needed. It is easy to forget that which you came here for and that which you are.You are the light that shines like the millions of stars above your head as you look towards the night sky.
You are the light that shines to alert all the planets that the ascension in which they await is here upon your planet of Mother Earth. There is no stopping this ascension process, there is only an accelerated time in the space that all is and will come to be. Be the light in which the teacher teaches you to be. Be the light in which each heart is joined as one for the peace to be among you on your planet of Mother Earth. The reflection of your light is that which gravitates the union of the universe to your planet, the spectrum in which you are is that with One.
I leave you with the knowledge that you are one as we are one. As we are all one it is easy to see the light which is peace that peace shall always be in each one of you as the Light. One is all - One is all- All is One

Why are there those in which call out to seek what the believe to be just mere child’s play, for we are one with all that is, we see the games that you play.This energy that is being attracted to your planet of Mother Earth is not playing a child’s game, it is playing for keeps.
You are being called by an energy that is for the whole of consciousness in your planet of Mother Earth to ascend at the given moment in which all planets will be realigned to its origin. You see your planet was the one who chose to stay and be that which is used for the forgiveness and the density in which you needed as humanity to learn what the process was about to then as a collectivity to rise up in the denseness and join once again the union of all that is. This is the ascension process.To realize as the evolution of all creation to once again be that which it was from the beginning.
When you go back and see all that you are seeking in the way of past lives, re-incarnation we watch as each of you go about to re-discover who you are from the past. Why is this more important than to know who you are right here and now? If you look back what does this give you? What does this bring to you right now to then be who you are?When you seek what is behind you, you miss the point of being. You seek something that will make you whole right now? Can you then take that which is behind you and bring it here in your present?Yes, yes, I know what you are thinking if I know who I was I can then understand that which I am right now, that which I do the things I do. But this is then thinking in the human mind. This is then saying that which you are right now is of no consequence in your humanness of this life your are living. Go and look behind you, go and find that which you seek, you will see that there is no difference than that which you are now. You will find that all you seek is at the same point in time that you are right now of your own awakening.
When the beginning was here those of that time chose to be something they too were not. They gave away that which they were on all levels. This is what you were apart of, this is what you are seeking so much. And as you find that which you were what then will you do? Your own will not recognize you for who you were then. I know as a human reaction you will seek this anyway. It is in the way of the humankind to dismiss the totality of the here and now. If you find that you were part of a great devastation what will you do then? Will you learn by your mistakes or will you dis-miss it for something new that shall come along to you? When you seek that which is behind you remember it may not be as that which you want. So many humans keep seeking something that will make them satisfied with who there are when all they need to recognize is you are who you are right now and you are glorious in our eyes.
You are more powerful than you know as you have that which is in this energy right now to bring you closer to the God selfness that you are truly seeking. You are going back in time as that which you programmed and created before. As above so below. This also is true to that which goes around will have to come around again. With this energy that seeks you out in all turns you may make it is also seeking you out to bring you right back to that which you were before. Look at many millennium ago you were so powerful beyond your limitational belief structure right now, You then gave that power to the ego and as you did this you gave that which you crave right now away to the physical. As a human race you needed to live on your planet of Mother Earth in that creation until the time came when the energy of the universe brings upon you the original star systems back together again. And as you have lived it for so long, you have searched for it for so long. And now that it is upon you, you back away by hiding behind that which you can be right now. You hide from the strength and power that rest within you. Now is the time to come back into your own, now is the time for you to place all physical aside from you and be that which you are.
Be the power you so crave with no more egos placed upon it. The planets are entering the orbit in which it needs to be the original once more to be in unity on all levels. It is time for you to find your place among the planets and for you to recognize who you are. You do not need the physical to make you more powerful to take that which is already within you.And at the same time you who dwell in the darkness of doubt, fear and mis-understanding will find that this energy will not support you. You who play with this energy will find that thins energy will come back to you in a way that we do not want to see for you as a human species. So many are bringing the darkness closer to them in their human lives. And this is understandable on many levels but then it is not.
You find it much easier to just go along with what others tell you in their own falseness. This is no time to be false in who you are, this is the time to re-align yourselves with the God selfness that resides in you. You will find many among you who will teach you that we are coming on space ships. Why do we need to do this when we are already among you? Yes the Ascended Masters are well and among you, they come form all sides and in no order of importance as they are all one together. We make it very clear in this. When we come to one, we come to all. We will have those among you who will be the voice of the masters but they will not say it is one over the other. Do not believe in this falseness of one who says they are the only one. We are a Council of many among you I may not say this enough for you to understand. But we are One. Your planet of Mother Earth is going through so much cosmically that is it not hard to keep up with all of it?
So many will give to you falseness for you to have the fear deep with in you. There is no fear, how many times have I said this to you before? Fear is that which is a humankind creation. We have no fear for we are One with the creation of all, and when you are at that level to understand then we will have words of peace among you and I. For you will know that the peace is for each living being, not just on your planet but on all the planets when they meet and interchange the energy to then propel your planet so fast in the ascension that you will be forever what you know to be a star.Which brings me to the spectrum of all colors you and I, all colors uniting in the peace that shall prevail no matter how hard the darkness tries to stop it. For this darkness will do many things to make you believe in it. It will do many things for you to become a piece of that darkness. Stay strong, if you believe it is hard to be in this energy right now, think of that which is so easy and what do you find? You find your self back in the darkness of fear. For it is easy to be in fear, it is easy for the human mind to sit back and say it is too much work to be this light that is needed. It is easy to forget that which you came here for and that which you are.You are the light that shines like the millions of stars above your head as you look towards the night sky.
You are the light that shines to alert all the planets that the ascension in which they await is here upon your planet of Mother Earth. There is no stopping this ascension process, there is only an accelerated time in the space that all is and will come to be. Be the light in which the teacher teaches you to be. Be the light in which each heart is joined as one for the peace to be among you on your planet of Mother Earth. The reflection of your light is that which gravitates the union of the universe to your planet, the spectrum in which you are is that with One.
I leave you with the knowledge that you are one as we are one. As we are all one it is easy to see the light which is peace that peace shall always be in each one of you as the Light. One is all - One is all- All is One

Emotional Healing

What is wrong with understanding that everything we swallow when it comes to our own self is acceptable? I mean when is it okay to just say it is okay to be sick? When we go about our days we are ingesting so much negative junk that after a while our bodies start to feel the impact and as it feels the impact it then starts to manifest in our bodies at what ever location the emotion is attached to.
Emotional wellness is so important to me and it should be the number one thing in your life when it comes to your health and body. My students will tell you one of the most dreaded words they will ever hear me say to them is Journaling. I do not say this word for my own enjoyment but for the health and wellbeing of every single person living in this World we live each day. Especially when I see the results of said journaling.
Look this is what happens to the physical body from daily activities and continually being dumped on each day. It start to get congested with so much negative emotions that the body then starts to be weighed down with so much sludge the individual starts to get emotional in major ways. Right now there are 8 out of 10 individuals in this world many you know, who are depressed, and for what reasons? Most do not believe they want to live any longer, most will start to drink alcohol or become a heavier drinker than before, most will be a secretive depression; those who will let the world know they are just fine, but inside they are an emotional wreck just waiting to explode, and then there are those who are so depressed that they do not see it they way we do, as they will continually go shopping or buy things that do not mean anything to them. Because at that time they needed whatever it is they wanted so badly to make them happy, what they find is that it is a temporary happiness and as soon as they buy the item they need to go out and buy something else again. This is a vicious cycle for them as they will also be dumping what they believe their own cause of problems are, on someone else so they may not take the responsibility for.
I see it so much over and over again; this energy we are experiencing is getting so strong that most do not know what is happening as they are living through it, as it is happening. The emotions one holds onto in their day to day life can build to the power of a huge locomotion storming down the tracks with out any brakes to stop the impact.
The reason I always will say that Journaling is one of the most effective ways of healing your body is that this is the time you are going to get intimate with yourself. And as you get intimate with your self, you will get intimate with the God self, and as you get intimate with your God self you will get intimate with God. Do you really have an intimate relationship with God? We all know there has been one form or another of the religious aspect of God and your religious upbringing with God. But do you really know God?
God is an omnipotent source that is that part of us that there is no denying that lives in each one of us. God is that which we all strive to be on many different levels. Gods is that all powerful source of energy that each one of us strives to touch as we move along in our existence here on Mother Earth and with that all powerful source of energy there is Love. Love that each one of us is searching for on one level or another in our lives. As we are born into this world we are all searching for one thing and that is love, the love that only God is.
As we journal we are all giving to God that which we know within us to be our truth and as we give this truth over to God, we are building a true relationship to God and as we do this we are touching the source of God which is Love.
So many individuals will search for what they believe is love. And they will go through their own search in so many ways. Young teenagers who are having a hard time at home because no one understands them, school grades are okay, but we all know they can be so much more. This young teenager then seeks out the source that will give them the love they believe they are craving. Because of the emotional healing that is needed and this not being understood, they will turn to alcohol, drugs and yes even pregnancy. You see this fulfills to them the need of being loved as they believe no one understand them. With alcohol and drugs this helps them to forget, forget that they are not loved and helps to disguise the hurt they are going through. With the pregnancy, this lets them believe they will be in charge that they will love this baby as they are not loved and yes this baby will love them as no one else does. With all three factors they are seeking love and do not know how to express these feelings to be given the love they are in need of. As they move along this path they find that the feelings that the alcohol or drugs give them just makes them more desperate to find that love as they sink further into the alcohol or drug. And with a pregnancy they find it is much harder to have a child and how are they going to be able to afford the child as they watch all of their old friends moving on with their lives. They sit back to watch the world go by and most times realize that the child did not bring them the love they are seeking, so they will start the cycle all over again in their search. This then brings about awareness of them to others as they take out their own frustrations on the child that they said they would love, for they are finding they need their own time to grow up also.
I can keep writing about all the probabilities of what then shall take place but I think you understand the cycles which can keep growing. No matter what goes on in these individuals lives there will come a time that their emotional healing will need to be addressed, we all pray it is sooner than later. For these are only a few examples of what is going on in lives around us each day. You see so many individuals go through so many different types of reactions in their search for Love. It may be the wife who is feeling no love, attention or understanding from the spouse or partner. So much time to them has past that there has been any emotional or physical attention and they will start to seek it outside the relationship. Note: this can be one on a conscious or sub-conscious level. This individual then finds a little but of joy and laughter as they are now starting to get attention from someone else, they are starting to feel better about themselves and then they decide that it is time to move on from their relationship at home to this new relationship they are building. After the torn up emotions of the move away from their home life they put so much time in this new relationship and as they do this, most times they find they have gone from one situation to then be in the same type of situation but with another person. And then they cannot understand what happened. What happened is they did not address the emotional side of the healing they truly needed, instead they just pushed it aside to forget and move on as if there is nothing wrong with them it is the fault of the one they left behind.
That is why it is so important to journal. To take the time to invest in your own self and your emotional healing. Do we know what emotional healing is about? Some do some do not. Emotional healing is taking the time to invest in your own healing. So many individuals would come to me for a healing session, and every time they did they heard the same thing from me. No matter what the healing modality I use with you, you will need to take the time to also assist in your healing with Journaling. I once had a young man e-mail to say he wanted me to use Reiki to completely heal him and that I must do it now, I advised him that Reiki will heal him, as long as he is also doing his part of the healing. That Reiki cannot do all of this alone by itself. But with a trained Master Reiki Healer the individual will get what they need to begin the healing and to assist them throughout the healing process, but they will still need to do their part in the healing process to be completely healed. Now this made him so mad. As he told me there are other Reiki healers he could go to but he chose me. I informed him that yes, he may choose to go to those other Reiki healers and I blessed him on his way. You see I have to be honest with my clients and I have to be honest with myself. I love Reiki, I am attuned to over 200 healing modalities, but we must be honest as the Reiki healer is a vehicle, in which the energy moves through to the recipient, the Reiki healer is not the one doing the healing, they are just a conduit. A true Master Reiki healer lives this and knows this, and is one who will allow the recipient to understand the healing process, the investment they too must make in their own healing process.
Journaling is your time and in your space to be alone with your own thoughts and to start the dialogue with God to release the emotional pains that are within you. This is not a religious thing, this is a Spiritual thing. This is you committing to go beyond that which is there to be honest with yourself to give all to God to release that which holds you back to heal thyself. This then will bring you closer to God so that you may know the true God the one who loves you beyond measure. Your whole life will grow and open in new ways that you have never dreamed before. You will be at peace for the very first time in your life. You will love and be loved and you will know true Love that you are and have always been. When we release the emotions that have held us back for so long we are then free to be that which we are here to be.
When you first start to Journal you are going to be holding back some, you are going to tell yourself you do not know how to do this journaling thing. And you will fight an inner battle with yourself because you have always been programmed through society’s conditionings not to give over that which you need to give over. You have never before needed to do anything like this and do not know how to go about it. That is why we are here to assist you. You will subconsciously fight with yourself over what is the truth and how much to tell. You will get emotional- hence- emotional healing. You will get emotional and as you do you will want to run away from the emotions by saying “I already did this, I have forgiven everyone already, I understand that there was nothing anyone could of done, they did their best” so many thoughts will run through your mind for you to be able to put down the pen or pencil so that you can just run away. How many times in your life have you ran away from something? Would it not be best to just go ahead and get this done so that you may never have to run away again? Yes, the pain of the emotional healing is something that no one wants to experience, but you have been experiencing the pain for so long in your life already that you have now dulled the pain to one of tolerance and acceptance that it is just a part of you . This is what I call the ego. So you have held onto it for so long and now the time has come that it is time to let go of it and as you do so, you are also letting go of apart of yourself. That has been with you for so long you do not recognize it any longer as not being you. This then is the ego and you will now be battling the ego to let go of what it is holding onto you for you to be able to have true peace, happiness and love. The ego will not like this and it will make you think of ways to not do the journaling, it will allow you to get comfortable and then the ego will create something that will give you the excuse not to continue with your journaling. I know, this happens all the time with individuals and it will likely happen with you too, that is why I am writing this for you to take note of. But please know if it was not important to do this journaling, this letting go of the emotional pain within you then your ego would not fight you so much, the ego does not want to be left out of your life, the ego does not want to be no longer there, because the ego is the one who has been covering you up all of this time and now you will be left standing naked for the world and yourself to see and do you really want everyone to see you for who you are? Do you truly and honestly want to see for yourself who you truly are?
You see we are taught by society that it is not okay to be who we are; we must be that which society teaches us to be. So when it is time for us to stand up to be our authentic self. Society finds the way to put us in their own place of acceptance which is nothingness. So that makes the individual not want to journal to heal their emotional pain. Now if the world keeps this up we will find ourselves so far in debt to our souls that we will not be able to recover. And society will then keep swallowing us up whole with the genetic imprint pattern that has been going on since we made the choice to let is be so.
Yes the healing journaling process will be emotional; I will say this again, the healing journaling process will be emotional. If you are journaling the truth straight from who you are, straight from your soul then this will be emotional because you are allowing all of this to finally come up to be healed, You are allowing yourself to be naked to the truth of what the situation is and it is painful. This I will always tell you.
This is a journey I walked many, many years ago with Jesus and my Counsel of Angelic Wise Ones. I had no teacher but those in the Spiritual Realms. I handed over everything to them, I journaled night and day and I gave so much of what my truths were so much of what the truth was that I was brought to me knees and then I was anointed with the Holy Spirit. This is the picture I was given by The Blessed Mother that I talk about in my books The Visionary Messenger and The Guided Journal. This was the most beautiful loving experience I could have ever given myself and that is what is to be shared with each of you, this loving experience to feel the love that you have always been searching for. To experience this anointing that is for each one of us. As you do this you will see who you truly are you will be able to then walk you journey, your path, here on Mother Earth and have that Love always within you wherever you are.
To this then I say Welcome, your journey has just begun!
When we take the time to journal we are making an investment to ourselves, we are going to begin our journey and relationship with God. Remember we all know deep inside that God knows everything, knows everything that we are, have been and will be. God knows what has gone in our lives, God knows what we have been through, and God knows both sides of every story of the situations we been in. So there is nothing that God does not know so there is nothing that we need to hold back with when we are writing to God. It is up to you to be as honest and as truthful to yourself as you are writing to God. It is up to you to write what you know about your life and situations in your own words. And it is okay to write the anger you feel, the loneliness, the hurt and the pain that you have been holding onto, it is okay to write exactly what is in your heart. For the emotional healing may only begin with your honesty to yourself and God.
You see when we do not release all of this we will then be holding onto the emotional pain which then turns into emotional disease. You see for every emotion that is within you that is not healed it will then need to be released in one way or another. When we look back on our friends, family, associates, co-workers, etc.. and we see them experiencing some major diseases we see where they have held onto their emotional pain and it has manifested into form in their bodies. Because this is exactly what happens. When someone holds onto the emotional pain it will at first be released on the outer areas of their body, maybe a rash or bumps, eczema, or it will be released as arthritis, shingles, congestion, aches, pains and then from there it goes to the organs, from the organs it may and will manifest as cancer.
Let’s look at the heart, when someone has a heart attack, this then lets me know they have been holding onto so much pain and attaches from others and situations that the heart can no longer manage and then the heart will need to release the pain, the recipient then has a heart attack. The severity of the heart attach will depend on how much the recipient has held onto or suppressed when looking at what they have gone through with others or what they were unwilling to release form the heart area or one of love. When one does not feel love, or feel that they deserve love, or has a lost love or has people they love or loved attack them all of the time and they keep taking it or feel as if they did nothing to deserve it. They hold onto the pain and if it is not released then the heart attack takes shape and form will then be dispensed in the body it will all depend on how much of it has built up emotionally with the individual. Let’s look at when someone feels they have been stabbed in the back, no matter what anyone else tells them that they did not stab them in the back, the individual still feels that way. Then this attaches to the individuals psyche and connects up to their heart emotion and then the individual holds onto that for however long this then will contribute to the heart attack as it has manifested in so many different scenarios to the individual. It is releasing whatever it is that the individual feels they have been attacked that the emotion will then take form to manifest in the physical body.
When we journal we are writing all of our emotional feelings on these issues and others that will then be released from our bodies to then make it a clear and clean vehicle and that no emotional issues are present means no physical symptoms may manifest into form to then be created as a disease.
Medical scientists are getting closer and closer to this everyday in their research and studies. You see all of this is all about Alchemical equations that I have been writing to you about. All of this is for you to have a clean and healthy body to then be able to go out into Mother Earth to be that which you are meant to be. To live this life with so much love, joy and happiness to truly enjoy the experience to raise the conscious of Mother Earth the Divine Ascension process is here and will continue, you may be apart of that Ascension process or you may keep yourself behind and allow the disease to be with you. For me I want to be the part that Ascends to greatest the omnipresent source that I may be. I have been anointed by the Holy Spirit and there is no going back for me. So let me share with you that which you need in your journaling process
So as I write in my journal I start it like this:
Dear Mother Father God, Thank you for this day and thank you for the gifts of this day ( I will then list the gifts that I know I see, feel, hear and sense).
Here you will begin to write your side of your story. Write what your heart is calling to release , write what you have been holding onto for so long. It may be from an experience that happened when you were in grade school. It may be an experience that happened just yesterday. It may be with an situation that happened with your Mother, your father, a sibling, a best friend, spouse, partner, an experience with your church. Whatever you have been holding onto let go and give to God! Let go of all the hold it has on you that prevents you from living your life right now. Let go of all the fear that has held onto you. Be truthful in what you write.
As you let go, as you are being truthful you will see there are two sides to every story (as we have been told many times in our life ) There are two sides and as you write you will then be able to see both sides of the story, you will be able to see all sides of the situation that you lived though, you will be bale to see why it all happened and you will be able to put to ret to be at peace with what the truth really, no matter who is at fault. And as you write it will be emotional and you will feel the pain come up to be released , let it let go and allow the pain to surface to be released from you for ever more. As you allow the pain to be released you are letting go of the power, the hold and the control over all things that have ever been controlling you , ever been holding you down and back. All the fear will be released and let go of. All the censure, the blame, the guilt, the condemning, which you have felt attached to you will be released and you will be free!
And with this comes the forgiveness, allow yourself to truly forgive all individuals who are apart of this emotional pain and allow yourself to forgive yourself ! As you do this forgiveness you are giving all of this up to God. And as God takes this from you, you will be anointed with the Holy Spirit I promise you this, just as I was promised when I started this work I had so much Faith in those who were walking me through this I gave all I could I gave until I could give no more I was totally honest with myself on all levels and I had Faith that what Jesus and my Counsel were walking me through would release me from the pain of my own doing. And on that last day when I gave all of my last resistance that I had up to God the sky opened up and the Holy Sprit descended on me and I cried my eyes and heart out for the Love that I was surrounded in was that Love that each living being is searching from the time they are born to this world until the time they will transition home. The love they know in that minute whom they truly are, the love they so miss as they enter this world, that makes them seek it within every walk individual they meet. For the love that is so promised to us from the very beginning of time. For being there with God at that time and knowing that I am not alone I AM that I AM is something no one may ever take form me, no one may ever give to me the doubt, the fear ever again is truly liberating . Knowing my faith in God will always and only be stronger and stronger with every breath I take. Knowing that I am in the Light of God for now and always.
In those next moments I was told by the Blessed Mother to get my camera and take a picture, for the Holy Spirit was giving to me the picture to share with others as that they too may know in their hearts of hearts that we are all one, we are never alone and we are love and we are all Loved.
Please take the time to invest in your own emotional healing of freedom, journal your emotions, learn a healing modality, visit a healer that has a clean energy, one that they have done their own healing and have no unresolved issues. Be the healing light to assist others. Share in everything you do. Be the Peace that you so crave. Give the love that one needs as you meet them. Most importantly journal !

I can keep writing about all the probabilities of what then shall take place but I think you understand the cycles which can keep growing. No matter what goes on in these individuals lives there will come a time that their emotional healing will need to be addressed, we all pray it is sooner than later. For these are only a few examples of what is going on in lives around us each day. You see so many individuals go through so many different types of reactions in their search for Love. It may be the wife who is feeling no love, attention or understanding from the spouse or partner. So much time to them has past that there has been any emotional or physical attention and they will start to seek it outside the relationship. Note: this can be one on a conscious or sub-conscious level. This individual then finds a little but of joy and laughter as they are now starting to get attention from someone else, they are starting to feel better about themselves and then they decide that it is time to move on from their relationship at home to this new relationship they are building. After the torn up emotions of the move away from their home life they put so much time in this new relationship and as they do this, most times they find they have gone from one situation to then be in the same type of situation but with another person. And then they cannot understand what happened. What happened is they did not address the emotional side of the healing they truly needed, instead they just pushed it aside to forget and move on as if there is nothing wrong with them it is the fault of the one they left behind.
That is why it is so important to journal. To take the time to invest in your own self and your emotional healing. Do we know what emotional healing is about? Some do some do not. Emotional healing is taking the time to invest in your own healing. So many individuals would come to me for a healing session, and every time they did they heard the same thing from me. No matter what the healing modality I use with you, you will need to take the time to also assist in your healing with Journaling. I once had a young man e-mail to say he wanted me to use Reiki to completely heal him and that I must do it now, I advised him that Reiki will heal him, as long as he is also doing his part of the healing. That Reiki cannot do all of this alone by itself. But with a trained Master Reiki Healer the individual will get what they need to begin the healing and to assist them throughout the healing process, but they will still need to do their part in the healing process to be completely healed. Now this made him so mad. As he told me there are other Reiki healers he could go to but he chose me. I informed him that yes, he may choose to go to those other Reiki healers and I blessed him on his way. You see I have to be honest with my clients and I have to be honest with myself. I love Reiki, I am attuned to over 200 healing modalities, but we must be honest as the Reiki healer is a vehicle, in which the energy moves through to the recipient, the Reiki healer is not the one doing the healing, they are just a conduit. A true Master Reiki healer lives this and knows this, and is one who will allow the recipient to understand the healing process, the investment they too must make in their own healing process.
Journaling is your time and in your space to be alone with your own thoughts and to start the dialogue with God to release the emotional pains that are within you. This is not a religious thing, this is a Spiritual thing. This is you committing to go beyond that which is there to be honest with yourself to give all to God to release that which holds you back to heal thyself. This then will bring you closer to God so that you may know the true God the one who loves you beyond measure. Your whole life will grow and open in new ways that you have never dreamed before. You will be at peace for the very first time in your life. You will love and be loved and you will know true Love that you are and have always been. When we release the emotions that have held us back for so long we are then free to be that which we are here to be.
When you first start to Journal you are going to be holding back some, you are going to tell yourself you do not know how to do this journaling thing. And you will fight an inner battle with yourself because you have always been programmed through society’s conditionings not to give over that which you need to give over. You have never before needed to do anything like this and do not know how to go about it. That is why we are here to assist you. You will subconsciously fight with yourself over what is the truth and how much to tell. You will get emotional- hence- emotional healing. You will get emotional and as you do you will want to run away from the emotions by saying “I already did this, I have forgiven everyone already, I understand that there was nothing anyone could of done, they did their best” so many thoughts will run through your mind for you to be able to put down the pen or pencil so that you can just run away. How many times in your life have you ran away from something? Would it not be best to just go ahead and get this done so that you may never have to run away again? Yes, the pain of the emotional healing is something that no one wants to experience, but you have been experiencing the pain for so long in your life already that you have now dulled the pain to one of tolerance and acceptance that it is just a part of you . This is what I call the ego. So you have held onto it for so long and now the time has come that it is time to let go of it and as you do so, you are also letting go of apart of yourself. That has been with you for so long you do not recognize it any longer as not being you. This then is the ego and you will now be battling the ego to let go of what it is holding onto you for you to be able to have true peace, happiness and love. The ego will not like this and it will make you think of ways to not do the journaling, it will allow you to get comfortable and then the ego will create something that will give you the excuse not to continue with your journaling. I know, this happens all the time with individuals and it will likely happen with you too, that is why I am writing this for you to take note of. But please know if it was not important to do this journaling, this letting go of the emotional pain within you then your ego would not fight you so much, the ego does not want to be left out of your life, the ego does not want to be no longer there, because the ego is the one who has been covering you up all of this time and now you will be left standing naked for the world and yourself to see and do you really want everyone to see you for who you are? Do you truly and honestly want to see for yourself who you truly are?
You see we are taught by society that it is not okay to be who we are; we must be that which society teaches us to be. So when it is time for us to stand up to be our authentic self. Society finds the way to put us in their own place of acceptance which is nothingness. So that makes the individual not want to journal to heal their emotional pain. Now if the world keeps this up we will find ourselves so far in debt to our souls that we will not be able to recover. And society will then keep swallowing us up whole with the genetic imprint pattern that has been going on since we made the choice to let is be so.
Yes the healing journaling process will be emotional; I will say this again, the healing journaling process will be emotional. If you are journaling the truth straight from who you are, straight from your soul then this will be emotional because you are allowing all of this to finally come up to be healed, You are allowing yourself to be naked to the truth of what the situation is and it is painful. This I will always tell you.
This is a journey I walked many, many years ago with Jesus and my Counsel of Angelic Wise Ones. I had no teacher but those in the Spiritual Realms. I handed over everything to them, I journaled night and day and I gave so much of what my truths were so much of what the truth was that I was brought to me knees and then I was anointed with the Holy Spirit. This is the picture I was given by The Blessed Mother that I talk about in my books The Visionary Messenger and The Guided Journal. This was the most beautiful loving experience I could have ever given myself and that is what is to be shared with each of you, this loving experience to feel the love that you have always been searching for. To experience this anointing that is for each one of us. As you do this you will see who you truly are you will be able to then walk you journey, your path, here on Mother Earth and have that Love always within you wherever you are.
To this then I say Welcome, your journey has just begun!
When we take the time to journal we are making an investment to ourselves, we are going to begin our journey and relationship with God. Remember we all know deep inside that God knows everything, knows everything that we are, have been and will be. God knows what has gone in our lives, God knows what we have been through, and God knows both sides of every story of the situations we been in. So there is nothing that God does not know so there is nothing that we need to hold back with when we are writing to God. It is up to you to be as honest and as truthful to yourself as you are writing to God. It is up to you to write what you know about your life and situations in your own words. And it is okay to write the anger you feel, the loneliness, the hurt and the pain that you have been holding onto, it is okay to write exactly what is in your heart. For the emotional healing may only begin with your honesty to yourself and God.
You see when we do not release all of this we will then be holding onto the emotional pain which then turns into emotional disease. You see for every emotion that is within you that is not healed it will then need to be released in one way or another. When we look back on our friends, family, associates, co-workers, etc.. and we see them experiencing some major diseases we see where they have held onto their emotional pain and it has manifested into form in their bodies. Because this is exactly what happens. When someone holds onto the emotional pain it will at first be released on the outer areas of their body, maybe a rash or bumps, eczema, or it will be released as arthritis, shingles, congestion, aches, pains and then from there it goes to the organs, from the organs it may and will manifest as cancer.
Let’s look at the heart, when someone has a heart attack, this then lets me know they have been holding onto so much pain and attaches from others and situations that the heart can no longer manage and then the heart will need to release the pain, the recipient then has a heart attack. The severity of the heart attach will depend on how much the recipient has held onto or suppressed when looking at what they have gone through with others or what they were unwilling to release form the heart area or one of love. When one does not feel love, or feel that they deserve love, or has a lost love or has people they love or loved attack them all of the time and they keep taking it or feel as if they did nothing to deserve it. They hold onto the pain and if it is not released then the heart attack takes shape and form will then be dispensed in the body it will all depend on how much of it has built up emotionally with the individual. Let’s look at when someone feels they have been stabbed in the back, no matter what anyone else tells them that they did not stab them in the back, the individual still feels that way. Then this attaches to the individuals psyche and connects up to their heart emotion and then the individual holds onto that for however long this then will contribute to the heart attack as it has manifested in so many different scenarios to the individual. It is releasing whatever it is that the individual feels they have been attacked that the emotion will then take form to manifest in the physical body.
When we journal we are writing all of our emotional feelings on these issues and others that will then be released from our bodies to then make it a clear and clean vehicle and that no emotional issues are present means no physical symptoms may manifest into form to then be created as a disease.
Medical scientists are getting closer and closer to this everyday in their research and studies. You see all of this is all about Alchemical equations that I have been writing to you about. All of this is for you to have a clean and healthy body to then be able to go out into Mother Earth to be that which you are meant to be. To live this life with so much love, joy and happiness to truly enjoy the experience to raise the conscious of Mother Earth the Divine Ascension process is here and will continue, you may be apart of that Ascension process or you may keep yourself behind and allow the disease to be with you. For me I want to be the part that Ascends to greatest the omnipresent source that I may be. I have been anointed by the Holy Spirit and there is no going back for me. So let me share with you that which you need in your journaling process
So as I write in my journal I start it like this:
Dear Mother Father God, Thank you for this day and thank you for the gifts of this day ( I will then list the gifts that I know I see, feel, hear and sense).
Here you will begin to write your side of your story. Write what your heart is calling to release , write what you have been holding onto for so long. It may be from an experience that happened when you were in grade school. It may be an experience that happened just yesterday. It may be with an situation that happened with your Mother, your father, a sibling, a best friend, spouse, partner, an experience with your church. Whatever you have been holding onto let go and give to God! Let go of all the hold it has on you that prevents you from living your life right now. Let go of all the fear that has held onto you. Be truthful in what you write.
As you let go, as you are being truthful you will see there are two sides to every story (as we have been told many times in our life ) There are two sides and as you write you will then be able to see both sides of the story, you will be able to see all sides of the situation that you lived though, you will be bale to see why it all happened and you will be able to put to ret to be at peace with what the truth really, no matter who is at fault. And as you write it will be emotional and you will feel the pain come up to be released , let it let go and allow the pain to surface to be released from you for ever more. As you allow the pain to be released you are letting go of the power, the hold and the control over all things that have ever been controlling you , ever been holding you down and back. All the fear will be released and let go of. All the censure, the blame, the guilt, the condemning, which you have felt attached to you will be released and you will be free!
And with this comes the forgiveness, allow yourself to truly forgive all individuals who are apart of this emotional pain and allow yourself to forgive yourself ! As you do this forgiveness you are giving all of this up to God. And as God takes this from you, you will be anointed with the Holy Spirit I promise you this, just as I was promised when I started this work I had so much Faith in those who were walking me through this I gave all I could I gave until I could give no more I was totally honest with myself on all levels and I had Faith that what Jesus and my Counsel were walking me through would release me from the pain of my own doing. And on that last day when I gave all of my last resistance that I had up to God the sky opened up and the Holy Sprit descended on me and I cried my eyes and heart out for the Love that I was surrounded in was that Love that each living being is searching from the time they are born to this world until the time they will transition home. The love they know in that minute whom they truly are, the love they so miss as they enter this world, that makes them seek it within every walk individual they meet. For the love that is so promised to us from the very beginning of time. For being there with God at that time and knowing that I am not alone I AM that I AM is something no one may ever take form me, no one may ever give to me the doubt, the fear ever again is truly liberating . Knowing my faith in God will always and only be stronger and stronger with every breath I take. Knowing that I am in the Light of God for now and always.
In those next moments I was told by the Blessed Mother to get my camera and take a picture, for the Holy Spirit was giving to me the picture to share with others as that they too may know in their hearts of hearts that we are all one, we are never alone and we are love and we are all Loved.
Please take the time to invest in your own emotional healing of freedom, journal your emotions, learn a healing modality, visit a healer that has a clean energy, one that they have done their own healing and have no unresolved issues. Be the healing light to assist others. Share in everything you do. Be the Peace that you so crave. Give the love that one needs as you meet them. Most importantly journal !

Let us all gather together for this wonderful meditation being one with Mother Earth, The Council of Light & the Angelic Spiritual Realms. Energy Blowing our way
What a time we are all having right now. This energy blowing in like the energy of the storms that we are receiving here on the east coast of the States. This is just a beginning of what is to come. I talk all the time about the energies and how they are here and they are not going away of anything they are getting stronger and stronger, so many individuals wanting to check out of this life that we are living. So many individuals having a hard time understanding what is going on with them in their life.
Well it is this energy, I had previously said that last November and December was the Soul Star Activation and that activation is still with us. It is like getting an energy attunement. It stays with you permanently. This Soul Star Activation was for all of us to be in alignment with our God self. That part of us that is the God self is nothing to sneeze at.
It makes us feel things that we have never felt before, it is making us make the choice between the God that we know and the God that we are. It is either tearing your life apart in the way of relationships or it is cementing these same relationships together in a major way. I feel for all those who are going through this in the most drastic of ways as they are hit by their loved ones leaving them for another person, for their own dreams, for their own survival. And all of it is okay. I know this is hard to understand but is that relationship really what you want it to be? Did you know deep in your heart that the relationship was not working any more? What is it that made your loved one leave?
Because when it comes down to it, it is all about the authentic self, being in total alignment with God on a spiritual level in where your life is supposed to be. So if you look at it this way, this Soul Star activation is getting you on your right path in this lifetime. It is now or never. So many individuals are fighting the process and having a hard with everything. I guess you can look at the old saying If you set it free and it was meant to be then it shall return to you.
And then to know this is a whole new beginning for you to start fresh in what you truly want. To be free to express yourself with no one telling you what to do or how to be. In everything it is also about you being comfortable with whom you are. Do you truly love yourself right now? And if not why not? We all need to be able to love ourselves in order to then be able to live our lives and love those around us. Think about that when you are sitting around and feeling blue.
