Being Your True and Authentic Self
I see and meet so many people that sit down and talk about their spiritual journey and then as we become more involved at looking into their journey and how they integrate that in their day to day life, they back peddle with explanations that take them further away from who they are spiritually.
This is okay, but then again, how can one say they are spiritual but do not walk the spiritual path?
I know a young lady who is working hard in society in what she loves to do; she seeks all different ways to bring herself into the mainstream of that society to do her work. As she goes to meetings with these different groups and organizations, she sells herself to them and they seem receptive, and then when the time comes they do not follow through with her to integrate her into their society of systems. She feels deflated and the depressions sets in. Her work then takes a beating as she is beating herself up for trusting them to their own words.
So I have to ask, where in all of this do you see yourself in who I know you to be? Or whom you say you are? Where are you bringing your spirituality to this society?
And she always says , “ if I show them I am a spiritual light worker they do not want to hear it, they are closed to any of it, so I do not mention that I am spiritual and have all of these amazing things I do. I just need the work right now so this is the way I have to do it”
I sit back and hurt for her as I see the potential in what she can bring to the table simply by being who she is and offering her work in her authentic self. And then I have to lay it all out for her in a positive way, a way that she does not want to hear me say at all.
“ Why are you trying so hard to run away from that which you are? Why is it so hard for you to admit to others not in your own arena that you are Spiritual? Why is it when you are faced with others decision you defer to them and then ignore your own heart calling?”
Why is it that when we are faced with a choice to admit we love and have a spiritual relationship to Spirit, we shy away from being strong in it?
After much talking over a period of time, this individual admits she needs to practice more of what she does and who she is to the main stream of society. And she starts to walk more in her truths. As she does this she sees a turn around in her business and it starts to grow rapidly. She is now a very successful individual who laughs when she sees me and says “ I know that look on your face, and yes, it feels good to be who I am”.
If you find yourself in the same shoes as this young lady. Take the time to be true to your own authentic self, step up to the plate to say I am spiritual and this is who I am. I am strong in the grace of knowing I can do and be who I know I am. I am the Light that changes the World. And then be that Light and watch as your World and work changes for the Light of who you are.

Super Bowl - Who's team are you Cheering for ?
Well, it is that time of year when you walk into the grocery stores and everyone ask what team you are cheering for in the Super bowl. I look at them and reply God’s Super Bowl.
You see God owns the team, his Archangels manage the teams all year, they coach us, prod us, they rewards us. It is all in how you view it as we come up against the competition. Light verses dark. As we move along in the season of the year we have Angels that cheer us on, look after us for our own good, and it is up to us to listen to their gentle prodding. Then the Spiritual Guides & Teachers step in, they are here to gather us together to decide the course of action in our journey. They answer our questions, they place us where we need to be and direct us along the way. They need us to understand the negative games the other side shall play to get us to give up and loose our confidence in where we are headed. As we step closer to the finish line, the Ascended Masters join in to show us the deeper meaning to winning that we need to hear to keep our spirits up. They ask for no credit, they are just bystanders as we work together with our whole team. Moreover, as we go for the Goal there is this shining light at the end that promises the sweetest prize of all. The reward that we are not alone, we are loved for who we are, and we always have a friend in GOD.
So, Once I explain this to the cashier, they are pretty much quiet and thank me for shopping in their store. I smile my own smile as I walk away.
God Bless all the players in the Super Bowl, may they be rewarded for their hard work and may they keep the Children of the World in their hearts to keep giving them so much more than they could of ever looked forward to before.

Perception of Self
What a way to start the year, as we are moving right into the end of this month of January. Moreover, it will keep getting better and better as we go along.
In my advance development class, we are working on Channeling. In so, I ask each of these students each week to look at a few words that they need to work with in this arena of Spiritual work and their own deeper understanding of their true self.
I love to then hear their own relations to this homework assignment, what they bring to the table so to say. So, this is what I ask you, Perception is one of those words of vast differences and similarities also a word that can describe the deepest response from your own self.
Think about what Perception means to you, sit on it, sink your teeth into it and then find the outcome of this word. When you find it, write to me and share what you have with Perception in your own true self. In addition, I will assist and guide you to find that self within that can light your whole world in a different way for you to understand and grow as you move forward this year of The Self Soul & God!

Working in the Light of our Decisions
Keeping busy as a Lightworker is what we do, and we are now seeing the promise of our efforts taking place all around us. We have worked on sending the light to all others that we have met, we know and more that we do not know by face or name, but by the spirit that is within each of us. We have prayed, we have smiled, and we have sent healing to those in need. And now we are receiving that which we have asked to receive.
I am asked about the coming elections and everything that is taking place. I could yes, give you so many answers but these are not really the ones you seek. You see -you have that desire deep within you to have that which is there to begin with come to light.
I talked about what the Ascended Masters shared with you and me when it came to the Soul Star activation. That place within, which is connected to the God center in each of us. We are moving at such an accelerated speed of energy that we are seeking that God in us that connects us back to that which is where it all began. We are co-creators and we are finding our voice, we are finding our strength in the realization of who we are. Moreover, as wonderful as it feels there are those who still allow the fear from the conditionings to have a hold on them.
When you have a system that induces the fear to keep a hold of you and for you to then do the appropriate choice, what then is the truth or reality of that choice? With these elections the broadcasters are all ready forecasting what it is that will play out in our history right now.. People get so absorbed into all of it, they then follow the lead that is presented to them.
For the first time in humankinds history, we are faced with the decisions of our own inner God self of what is right and what is truth. That decision cannot come from one who does not see the whole picture of humanity and the contracts that are laid out before we were born to this human existence. Each moment of that which you view to be the truth from societies dictates, are taking you that much more away from the truth of your own God self. You do not need to watch what others are forecasting, you just need to go within to seek the truth to the answers that you are here to be apart of.
You see I do see what the future has for those of us here on Mother Earth. I see all of the probabilities of outcomes. What is written and what can be changed. We can change anything that we want to change within ourselves, within our life, within the love that we have for others and the love we have for self. And as always we need to understand that which we are asking and seeking to change, for each has their own probabilities of what the outcome shall be.
Ask yourself what is the truth of the candidates that will become that one individual who will have the world holding their breath to see the next move they make as a Nation who has always worked under God, as in their decree. What candidate will have the best interest just not for the world of politics but for the children of the World. The children of God are here among us each and every moment of the day. Do you recognize them? We live each day as a successor to those who were before us. You too are a child of God, you too had those before you choose that one individual who they believed in their hearts would do everything right to provide for you.
In this election year, we have for the first time an equality of choices that is brought to the table before us. Each candidate has that which they offer to the best of their ability that they can give to us - the children of God. No one is better than the other is. Remember these candidates have their own contracts to fulfill in this lifetime.
We all have our own contracts, the learning lessons we are each here to do and get through. So remember, we have chosen these individuals as leaders in what we choose to go on - in the growth and development of humankind at the different times of history of this great planet Mother Earth and our own evolution.
In my book The Visionary Messenger I start off by saying “ Do you understand the word on the streets right now is Spiritual Evolution? Nine out of ten people you know are having a spiritual awakening, yet, most do not even realize it.”
As a country a nation we are having our own spiritual evolution play out right before our eyes, can you not see and feel it? You are so deep within it you are lulled by the dream of another era gone by.
A dream is that which the sub-conscious is trying to play out in the dream state, which the human mind does not want to see in the first place – the conscious.
We cannot live on dreams, as many believe. For then we would be known as a dreamer. But we can live on dreams that inspire and continue to create our beliefs which then we create into reality to when we live on our decisions to be the best individual we can be and do the best we can do wherever we are. We live on the truth that all shall be equal in the eyes of God and all is equal in God’s eyes. We live on each decision we make each day- good, bad or indifferent. We live on the promise of what another human says that they can give to us as a Nation. So what do we then live on? We live on each decision we make for the child that is in all of us. We live on the promise of being understood, provided for and Loved.
What does Love have to do with the elections of candidates that promise to create an America for us to be proud of, to be safe to live in, to be able to grow as a free individual, to have our children grow to the richness of what our Country stands for?
Well it has everything to do with it. From the time we have be born in this world, we are all seeking love, we seek it in our parents, families, friends, co-workers and yes, political candidates who promise us the world if we elect them. We then fall in love with them for giving us the words we seek to hear deep in our hearts. It is when they cannot keep the promise they have given so freely that we see, they too are just as we are. They too, are living a human existence and seeking the Love from each of us to make them whole. They too are seeking God’s Love and do not realize it.
I realize that I am here in God’s Love, I AM God’s Love and that which I seek from the moment I am born into this world is that which is to be in God’s Love once more.
I AM here as an messenger of God and God’s Love. I AM here as one who ask little in return but that you give yourself permission to be Loved by God and to Love your own self as God loves you.
Join me as I Love you as you are God’s Love and together we will Love each of God’s children even more.
My prayer is that you will seek and look deep in your heart for the candidate that will accomplish a promise of the Nation as a whole, to then connect to the world with no divisions. We cannot choose which God other individuals praise, we can honor them in their own quest for that which calls to them, and to know we all seek God’s Love, we all one day will work as One in God’s eyes. It is the approach we take in listening to God and the words God give to just not one sector of the world but to all of the Children of God. That word is unified to everyone, no one is better than another, no one religion, no one nation, no one man is more than the other in God’s eyes.
May you be Blessed to know the next United States President will be one who has the hardest job of all, one that I would not want to be. For they will not end the war as they say, they will not secure borders, they will not be allowed to do the work they are here to do, for no matter what they say, they will need to fulfill the contract they came here to fulfill – good, bad or indifferent -. This next president will be laying the foundation for the one who will step into place in the year 2012.

Hitting a Home Run
As the New Year Arrives with us this brings a whole New Time to the wonders of the energy that is with us. As I have been talking about for the past couple of years the old energy is a thing of the past, this year it is all about stepping into the activation in all of us.
As many of you know this speed of energy that we are transitioning into is working for us not against us. It is what we have been asking for and we are riding the wave of that in which we ask.
Take a moment to sit and quietly state that which you are seeking to activate this year. A setting of motion that is going to sweep you off your feet with Love, Peace and Accomplishments.
If you are feeling so overwhelmed by the end of this past year – 2007- then now is the time to release that which you are holding onto so tight that you are afraid to let it go. Many do not know why they are holding onto to it so tight. Well when we are familiar with something, it is very comfortable, so comfortable that to release it and let go seems like you are being asked to let go of yourself. This is quite exactly, what is happening. You are letting go of all the stuff that has no more meaning to who you are and where you are going. It is like looking at your ego side and saying – goodbye- and yes, you are saying –goodbye.
Goodbye to all that is no longer going to control you. That hidden little fear inside that says you cannot do it going to be let go and thrown out the door.
As you do this you set into motion an activation that says “ I Am. I am saying hello to all things new that I know deep within me feels right and I can finally breathe once again". It is a completely new start to all the wonderful promises and potential that you have written in your contract to do here. When we take the time to take care of ourselves, we then, can take care of others in the Light that is written to do so.
I was at the grocery store this morning, finished my shopping and I was placing my items on the conveyor belt and waiting for the cashier to start to ring my items up. A man approached and asked why I had chosen the foods that I had in my hands. Mind you, I usually do not pay attention to anyone in the grocery store as I am trying to get in, remember what I need and then go home.
I turned to him and smiled and said “these items are what felt right for me to buy for my family” He kept asking me about each item. Now he had my attention and I thought it was amazing to have this man with only two items in the longest line when the express was in the next lane and not really busy.
Now, please realize I do not “read” everyone when I am out and about (this is irresponsible for anyone to do and an invasion of privacy for the individuals) since he approached me, this gives me Universal permission to tap into his energy and see what is up. But then again, I took the past few days off and really did not want to engage with anyone right then I just wanted to go home and cook dinner for my family.
So, I proceeded to finish answering his questions as he was still analyzing my purchases. Then he caught my attention in a different way with his next question.
“Did you know New Jersey just passed a law for Corporal punishment and I was wondering how you felt about it?”
I stood and just started at him and finally said “ I am sorry to disappoint you but I am a teacher of Metaphysics ” He stared at me and said “oh” and that was that. I do believe everyone has a personal response to questions as this one, but this was not one I was gong to answer. It’s like when someone ask” Who are you voting for?” Is this not a loaded question? I try to stay away from politics with others, I like to listen, throw in a few comments here and there but other wise, I like to stay way out of it.
Then the cashier started to chime in to say what she thought. All of a sudden here he was going around me and getting into this debate with the cashier telling her how wrong her answer was. I stood there just listening and once again it makes me laugh as when someone says “ excuse me, may I ask your opinion” and then proceeds to tell you their view point and that you have the wrong answer.
I was so glad my guides kept me out of that whole transaction and interplay. He was a likeable fellow and just needed someone to talk to, I just love to listen and watch when others throw you a curve ball, to see if you will take the bait and swing.
I made the choice years ago to release the itch for playing baseball and decided to hit a home run and keep going!
And that is what this energy is all about. Will you take the bait to hold on so tight to that which is not working any longer or will you swing the bat to hit it out of the park and keep going?
This New Year you have everything you need from the Universe to support you in all of your desires that you have hidden deep within you. Take these desires and place them out in front of you and see which ones have been kept hidden the longest and see how much the desire has changed from the first time you placed it away. If you still feel the same way after all this time, then do something about it. Take that desire out, polish it up and speak your intentions to the Universe. Let Go and Let God!
When you can give your whole heart to all of it, you will have that which you have hidden so deep for so long.
Let me know when you are ready to let go , let me know when you have polished your desire and are ready to live it. Let me know when that desire has manifested before you .
Let yourself know you are truly loved in all ways right now. There is always a time when we are loved so much that we cannot feel the love the Universe is sending us. For we are too busy searching. It is okay to know we are loved and we have everything before us to love us right back. Take a moment and send love to your heart. For when you send Love to your heart, you are sending Love to God.

As many of you know this speed of energy that we are transitioning into is working for us not against us. It is what we have been asking for and we are riding the wave of that in which we ask.
Take a moment to sit and quietly state that which you are seeking to activate this year. A setting of motion that is going to sweep you off your feet with Love, Peace and Accomplishments.
If you are feeling so overwhelmed by the end of this past year – 2007- then now is the time to release that which you are holding onto so tight that you are afraid to let it go. Many do not know why they are holding onto to it so tight. Well when we are familiar with something, it is very comfortable, so comfortable that to release it and let go seems like you are being asked to let go of yourself. This is quite exactly, what is happening. You are letting go of all the stuff that has no more meaning to who you are and where you are going. It is like looking at your ego side and saying – goodbye- and yes, you are saying –goodbye.
Goodbye to all that is no longer going to control you. That hidden little fear inside that says you cannot do it going to be let go and thrown out the door.
As you do this you set into motion an activation that says “ I Am. I am saying hello to all things new that I know deep within me feels right and I can finally breathe once again". It is a completely new start to all the wonderful promises and potential that you have written in your contract to do here. When we take the time to take care of ourselves, we then, can take care of others in the Light that is written to do so.
I was at the grocery store this morning, finished my shopping and I was placing my items on the conveyor belt and waiting for the cashier to start to ring my items up. A man approached and asked why I had chosen the foods that I had in my hands. Mind you, I usually do not pay attention to anyone in the grocery store as I am trying to get in, remember what I need and then go home.
I turned to him and smiled and said “these items are what felt right for me to buy for my family” He kept asking me about each item. Now he had my attention and I thought it was amazing to have this man with only two items in the longest line when the express was in the next lane and not really busy.
Now, please realize I do not “read” everyone when I am out and about (this is irresponsible for anyone to do and an invasion of privacy for the individuals) since he approached me, this gives me Universal permission to tap into his energy and see what is up. But then again, I took the past few days off and really did not want to engage with anyone right then I just wanted to go home and cook dinner for my family.
So, I proceeded to finish answering his questions as he was still analyzing my purchases. Then he caught my attention in a different way with his next question.
“Did you know New Jersey just passed a law for Corporal punishment and I was wondering how you felt about it?”
I stood and just started at him and finally said “ I am sorry to disappoint you but I am a teacher of Metaphysics ” He stared at me and said “oh” and that was that. I do believe everyone has a personal response to questions as this one, but this was not one I was gong to answer. It’s like when someone ask” Who are you voting for?” Is this not a loaded question? I try to stay away from politics with others, I like to listen, throw in a few comments here and there but other wise, I like to stay way out of it.
